Our Services
We manage your project from beginning to end.
dress gray is staffed and nimble. Our services range from augmenting departments with full-time staff that sit in your office to task-driven support. We are prepared to review a change order on Tuesday in the field and present cost and schedule reports to investors on Wednesday.
We add value at all levels of an organization or project. It all begins with a thorough understanding of your needs and expectations. If you don't know exactly what you need, we will work with you to define it.

Case Studies
Accountability in action.
Time Extensions
dress gray supported an industrial developer against a 100+ calendar day compensable time extension request. Upon reviewing material deliveries, we discovered that but for "our" delays, the contractor would not have been substantially complete. Result: non-compensable time extension issued.
Change Orders
A contractor submitted a $110,000 change order with no cost substantiation. dress gray requested a unit-cost breakdown. The contractor refused. We sourced a specialty contractor who submitted a proposal for $42,000 — saving the client $68,000 on a single line item.
